Economic Real Estate Review with Dr. David Collum (2019)

We've seen a change towards the end of last year where the high end cyclical markets on the 2 coasts are highly over-valued. What does this mean for the real estate market going into 2019?

Are things slowing down? The linear markets are holding up well but others are appreciating very quickly.

David discusses what happened since 2008 and how big companies that have been buying up single family units have altered the market.

He then explains how we will have a liquidity problem as interest rates continue to rise. He elaborates on how the economy is starting to unwind.

Finally, David and I discuss what will happen to the housing markets in the high tech areas like San Francisco. People are moving out from those areas.
