Judge Ouko Has Speant A Huge Chunk Of His Career At The Bench Having Joined The Judiciary In 1987 As A District Magistrate. He Was Appointed As The President Of The Court Of Appeal In 2018 By Retired Chief Justice David Maraga. Ouko Has Defended His Candidature By Saying That His Work Ethic Has Helped Reduce The Baclklog Of Cases From 7000 To 400 Within Two Years
