VIC clinics struggle to vaccinate with shortage of vaccine doses

Many Victorian doctors say they're still only receiving enough AstraZeneca doses to vaccinate just a handful of people each day. GP clinics were meant to be the front line of the vaccine responses, but despite huge demand during phase 1B, they're playing the waiting game.
