Royal Palace displayed over 100,000 Tulip flowers

Royal Palace gardeners displayed over 100,000 bulbs for the inaugural Tulip Festival this year. Courtyards and formal gardens are displayed of brightly colored blooms. It is available from 12 April to 3 May 2021.

Tulips have always been synonymous with spring and this year the Royal gardens team has curated a unique display of 60 rare and historic bulbs and specialist varieties. These bulbs, from the famous Hortus Bulborum in the Netherlands, will be on show in the Lower Orangery Garden, alongside handmade replicas of Mary II’s tulip vases.
