Parliament’s public accounts watchdog has called off plans to investigate claims of tender irregularities at Eskom. This after last week's announcement by the power utility that it will be conducting its own investigation. Racism allegations have been levelled at CEO Andre de Ruyterhim by Eskom’s suspended chief procurement officer, Solly Tshitan-gano.
