More than 450 Indigenous deaths since royal commission

There are calls for a new independent body to investigate all Aboriginal deaths in custody. Five Indigenous inmates have died across Australia since March and now, a New South Wales Parliamentary Committee has released a series of recommendations aimed at stopping more deaths.
