Kerala High Court said- Muslim women also have the right to reverse Talaq. The Kerala High Court has given a big verdict, legalizing the unilateral divorce given by the Muslim woman to the husband outside the court. This type of divorce is also called open divorce.

केरल हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला देते हुए अदालत के बाहर मुस्लिम महिला की ओर से पति को दिए जाने वाले एकतरफा तलाक को कानूनन वैध ठहराया है. इस तरह के तलाक को खुला तलाक भी कहते हैं.
