Mumbai Metro: Curfew-like curbs begins in Maharashtra

Amid the surge in the Covid cases, a 15-day complete curfew in Maharashtra began at 8 pm today. The shortage of oxygen has added to state worries. At least 27 patients were shifted from a Covid center in Thane as the oxygen supply ran out. From 8 pm tonight, curfew-like restrictions have come into effect across Maharashtra in an attempt to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus. Prohibitory orders under Section 144 have been imposed till May 1, and no person will be allowed in a public place without a valid reason. Watch this episode of Mumbai Metro.
