While addressing in Darjeeling, he said that after independence, Congress, Communist and now this didi, he put a full stop on the development of Darjeeling. He said that TMC and Didi have made a disgusting attempt to break the unity of BJP and Gorkha.

पश्चिम बंगाल में सियासी पारा चरम पर है. अब पांचवें दौर की बारी आने वाली है. ऐसे में चुनावी प्रचार में बीजेपी कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ रही. मंगलवार को केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह एक बार फिर से बंगाल पहुंचे. उन्होंने दार्जिलिंग में संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आजादी के बाद कांग्रेस, कम्यूनिस्ट और अब ये दीदी इन्होंने दार्जीलिंग के विकास पर फुल स्टाप लगा दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि बीजेपी और गोरखा की एकता को तोड़ने का घिनौना प्रयास TMC और दीदी ने किया है.
