Surendra Yadav, who delivered the verdict in Babri Masjid Case, was made Deputy Lokayukta of UP. SK Yadav, retired judge of the CBI Special Court, who has given the verdict in the Babri Masjid demolition case of Ayodhya, has been appointed as the new Upalokayukta of the state by the UP government.
