Guy Expertly Prepares South Indian Dish

This guy showcased his skills by cooking a south Indian dish. He prepared a thin pancake over a pan with its batter of finely grained rice and lentils. Later, he prepared a gravy amidst the crispy pancake and separated it into a bowl. The skillful person then made a cone out of the crispy product and garnished it with sauces and grated cheese.
