Today we eat at Saigon's Sushi Hokkaido Sachi Restaurant at Dong Du Street. Located in Ho Chi Minh City, District 1.

The ingredients here are daily imported directly from Japan by air transportation. Some special kinds of seafood, after being handled to the restaurant, are grown and well taken care in low-temperature water tank before being served, to remain their freshness and their best quality.
Together with other luxury items that highly selected from local, cooked by expert Japanese Head chefs with more than 20-30 years of experience in the field, they ensure that it will always serve customers the most delicious, high quality dishes with reasonable prices.
