Victoria's revamped hotel program begins as international flights resume

The first planeload of international arrivals will touch down in Victoria today after a six week break. It comes as the state government has spend hundreds of thousands of dollars improving airflow in hotels to reduce the risk of aerosol spread of COVID-19.
