Voting is to be held on Tuesday, April 6 for the Tamil Nadu assembly elections. There are 3998 candidates in the fray for the total 234 assembly seats of the state, whose fate is to be decided on Tuesday i.e. April 6. Meanwhile, a total of Rs 428 crore worth of cash and gold and silver have been confiscated across the state before the polling that is going to be held in a single phase on Tuesday.

तमिलनाडु विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए मंगलवार यानि 6 अप्रैल को वोटिंग होनी है. राज्य की कुल 234 विधानसभा सीटों के लिए 3998 उम्मीदवार मैदान में हैं, जिनकी किस्मत का फैसला मंगलवार को यानी 6 अप्रैल हो होना है. इस बीच एक ही चरण में मंगलवार को होने जा रहे मतदान से पहले राज्यभर में कुल मिलाकर 428 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की नकदी और सोना-चांदी ज़ब्त किए गए हैं.
