With just days to go for the IPL 2021 to begin, England's star all-rounder Moeen Ali expressed displeasure at the logo of an alcohol brand on the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) jersey. The English all-rounder who played for Bengaluru in IPL 2020 has made a special request to the Chennai management urging the franchise to remove the logo from his jersey as consumption of liquor is against his religious faith.

इस बार आईपीएल सीजन 14 में मोइन अली चेन्नई सुपर किंग्स की तरफ से खेलते हुए नजर आएँगे. पिछले सीजन मोइन अली आरसीबी टीम का हिस्सा थे. पर अब उन्हें फैन्स चेन्नई टीम में खेलते हुए देखेंगे. आगामी 9 अप्रैल से आईपीएल शुरू हो रहा है. और इस टूर्नामेंट को लेकर मोइन अली काफी उत्साहित भी हैं. पर टूर्नामेंट शुरू होने से पहले उन्होंने एक शर्त रखी है. अपनी फ्रेंचाइजी से मोइन अली ने रिक्वेस्ट किया है कि उनकी जर्सी पर किसी भी आल्कोहल यानी शराब का विज्ञापन नहीं दिखे. फ्रेंचाइजी ने उनकी इस बात को मान लिया है और मोइन अली की जर्सी पर से एलकोहल ब्रांड का लोगो हटा दिया है.
