This weekend the Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra is celebrating "spring" with a performance you can catch right here on 23ABC. Conductor Stilian Kirov from the orchestra joined the 23ABC Morning Show to discuss the performance and some of the other programs that the orchestra offers.
