Kolkata Knight Riders batsman Nitish Rana has reportedly tested positive for Covid-19 and is currently believed to be in quarantine, isolated from the rest of the KKR camp. Rana is said to have returned from a vacation in Goa, and is believed to have returned a positive test result two days ago. Days ahead of the commencement of a new season, the Indian Premier League (IPL) has been jolted by a COVID case as reports have emerged that Kolkata’s Nitish Rana has tested positive for COVID-19.

आईपीएल से पहले केकेआर को बड़ा झटका लगा है. टीम के स्टार ऑलराउंडर नितीश राणा को कोरोना हो गया है. नितीश राणा कोरोना संक्रमित हैं. और अब आईपीएल में खेलने के चांसेज उनके कम हो रहे हैं. हाल ही में गोवा गए थे. खूब पार्टी किये थे. पर कोरोना हो गया. और इसके बाद अब आईपीएल से पहले उन्होंने अपनी ही केकेआर टीम को झटका दिया है. दैनिक भास्कर से जुड़े सूत्रों की मानें तो KKR के मिडिल ऑर्डर बल्लेबाज गोवा में छुट्टी मनाने के बाद टीम से जुड़े थे. दो दिन पहले ही उनकी रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आ गई, लेकिन BCCI और KKR की ओर से अब तक कोई अधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की गई है. सूत्रों का कहना है कि , बाएं हाथ के KKR के बल्लेबाज फिलहाल मुंबई के टीम होटल में क्वारंटीन हैं और वो डॉक्टरों की निगरानी में हैं.
