Voting for the second phase of assembly election in West Bengal and Assam began at 7 am amid heavy security across both the states. While 30 seats in Bengal and 39 in Assam are voting today, all eyes remain on Nandigram where the titans, Mamata Banerjee and her former aide, now a BJP leader, Suvendu Adhikari, are up against each other.
