Kid Makes Tall Tower With Playing Tiles And Knocks It Down Accidentally

This kid was visiting his grandmother and standing on a stool to stack his manga tiles one on top of another. He had managed to make a tall tower but when he got down to fetch more tiles and show his grandmom the tiles that he had left, his foot bumped into the couch. The kid tripped and fell, kicking the tower and knocking it down in one go.
