What Harsh varshan told if vaccines will be sold in stores

Corona cases have started increasing all over the country. The third phase of the vaccination drive is also starting on April 1. During this, Union Minister Harsh Vardhan interacted with Aaj Tak. He said that if the vaccine started getting available at the shops and something worse happens then who will take its responsibility. He further said that the vaccine is for emergency use.
