Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on March 28 said US President Joe Biden hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership in strengthening India during the first Quad summit which was virtually attended by the heads of India, US, Japan and Australia. “Newly elected US President Joe Biden in 'Quad meeting' had said that India, under PM Modi's leadership is strengthening,” he said.
