L’art chinois de la cithare Guqin est inscrit en 2008 par l’UNESCO sur la Liste représentative du patrimoine culturel et immatériel de l’humanité (originellement proclamé en 2003). En tant que branche importante de l’art du Guqin, le courant de cithare Zhejiang est classé par le Conseil des Affaires d’État dans le 1er groupe des éléments extensifs de la Liste nationale du patrimoine culturel et immatériel de l’humanité. Le courant de cithare Zhejiang créé par Guo Chuwang domine l’excellence littéraire de la dynastie des Song du Sud, les pièces musicales uniques influencent continûment les périodes Yuan et Ming. Produit dans le lit de la rivière de la musique du Zhejiang, il est aussi le premier courant de cithare systématique de Chine, consistant mais pas rude, lettré mais pas formaliste, à l’aisance dégagée, aux sonorités fluides. Recherche de « ténuité, subtilité, rondeur, non obstruction », en quête de territoires d’intentionnalité élégants, placides, fermes, harmonieux. Dans le morceau « Sept sages de la forêt de bambou », les collisions ininterrompues entre vièle Erhu, luth Pipa et flûtes de bambou Di et Xiao à bec et traversière incarnent le charme de la culture orientale.

2008年，中国古琴艺术被联合国教科文组织列入"人类口头与非物质文化遗产“名录。作为中国古琴艺术的重要分支------浙派古琴于2008年被国务院列为第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录扩展项目。由郭楚望所创立的浙派古琴在南宋独领风骚，独特的琴曲艺术一直影响到元、明各代。在浙江音乐河床里产生的浙派古琴也是我国第一个系统古琴流派，其质而不野，文而不史，潇洒自如，音韵流畅。崇尚”微、妙、圆、通“，追求典雅、平和、稳健、怡淡的意境。乐曲《竹林七贤》中，古琴与二胡、琵琶、笛箫等乐器的不断碰撞，彰显出了东方文化的风采。

Tribute to Yuhu Jushi by Shen Yue (Southern Dynasty)
In 2008, the Chinese Guqin entered the UNESCO Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity list. An important branch of the Chinese Guqin art, Zhejiang Guqin was among the list of the first batch of National Intangible Heritage issued by the State Council in 2008. Zhejiang Guqin was founded by Guo Chuwang and became the leading instrument in the Southern Song Dynasty, exerting great influence all the way to the Yuan and Ming dynasties. As the first systematic school of Guqin in China, Zhejiang Guqin features plainness, elegance, and fluency, upholds subtlety, smoothness, and fluency, and aims to create an elegant, calm, stable and light atmosphere. In the piece Seven Sages in the Bamboo Grove, Guqin, Erhu, Pipa, flute, and Xiao blends seamlessly and highlights oriental culture.
