It's not over. That's the word from the National Prosecuting Authority on the R85 million police vehicle-marking tender case. The matter involving dozens of people has been struck off the roll. The 71 accused, who include police officers, faced charges ranging from corruption and money laundering, to perjury. The magistrate says the state has been dragging its feet.
