International flights to return to Melbourne on April 8th

International flights will return to Victoria on April 8th with 800 passengers a week. The decision has been made after a review of hotel quarantine. It blamed ventilation for the spread of the virus which triggered Victoria's third lockdown. Acting Premier James Merlino says it's hoped the number of passengers will increase to 1120 per week soon after.
