South Africa needs to deal with land reform properly and speedily. That’s the view of Cosatu. It's participating in oral submissions to parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee, dealing with constitutional amendments to allow expropriation without compensation. Agri-SA, the SA Property Association and the Black Management Forum have also made submissions.
