The South African Wind Energy Association has welcomed Mantashe's announcement, also the news that a new bidding window is opening from Friday morning for even more independent power projects. Government has proven it's serious about resolving the power crisis. That's according to CEO of the South African Wind Energy Association, Ntombi-futhi Ntuli.
