Since dropping his solo Future Proof EP earlier this year, and the iamlegend EP as part of Flatbush Zombies last summer, Erick the Architect has been busy with non-musical pursuits in his day-to-day life, too.

We caught up with the rapper and producer as he takes us through his love for vintage equipment from vinyl to VHS, as well as his daily routine including long bike rides with the perfect playlist, drawing, and meditating; a habit he says he started during quarantine that helps him carve out some personal time. "The brain slows down a little bit...just think about you and what you want to set intentions for," he says in the clip.
