Acetone Transfers - How to Transfer an Image onto Wood

In this video I go over the process of transferring a printed image onto wood using acetone. I like this method because it leaves a clean surface that can still take stains and finishes afterward, and it doesn't take very long to do.
In addition to putting images and text on wood, this is a great way to transfer a carving template or a joinery template.

A laser printer or copier works best, because they use toner.

Make sure to wear a respirator with the correct filter, and good gloves that are rated for acetone.
