The Supreme Court has issued a guideline regarding the crimes against women across the country. This guideline has been prepared on the basis of the observations of the High Court and the lower courts. Along with this, the Supreme Court has rejected the decision of the Madhya Pradesh High Court in which the accused of harassment was granted bail on the condition of getting the rakhi tied to the victim.

देशभर में महिलाओं के खिलाफ हो रहे अपराधों को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक गाइडलाइन जारी की है. ये गाइडलाइन हाईकोर्ट और निचली अदालतों की टिप्पणियों के आधार पर तैयार की गई है. इसके साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मध्य प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट के उस फैसले को खारिज कर दिया है जिसमें यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपी को पीड़िता से राखी बंधवाने की शर्त पर जमानत दी गई थी.
