Former Congress MP Annu Tandon has suffered a major setback from the court. During the protest demonstration, he has been sentenced to two years in the case of stopping the train. Apart from Annu, the court has also sentenced three officials. The MP MLA court of Lucknow has sentenced all the convicts and sentenced to two years each. A fine of 25-25 thousand has also been imposed on all the culprits.

कांग्रेस की पूर्व सासंद अन्नू टंडन को कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा है. धरना प्रदर्शन के दौरान ट्रेन रोकने के मामले में उन्हें दो साल की सजा सुनाई गई है. कोर्ट ने अन्नू के अलावा तीन पदाधिकारियों को भी सजा सुनाई है. लखनऊ की एमपी एमएलए कोर्ट ने सभी दोषी ठहराते हुए दो-दो साल की सजा सुनाई है. सभी दोषियों पर 25-25 हजार का जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है.
