Bader Studios Mourns the Passing of Muna Rihani Al-Nasser, the co-founder of the UN Women for Peace

March 2021, New York City: After a long battle with cancer, Muna passed away peacefully on Monday, February 22nd. In spite of her struggle, Muna continued to stand and fight for the protection and empowerment of women and children. In Muna's name, UN Women for Peace will be setting up a special fund dedicated to women & children most in need.

Our condolences go out to her husband, Ambassador Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser, and their son, Aziz.
