This man wore a prisoner's costume and attempted to prank a convenience store employee. He attached a handcuff to his wrists and asked one of the workers for bolt cutters. The employee was shocked by the man's costume and chased him. However, the man was stopped by the police and questioned about his intentions. He got released after he explained it to be a prank.
