Robert Williams was interviewed following the Celtics’ 134-107 win vs the Rockets. He had another monster night, but this one has historical connotations. Williams is the first Celtics player since 1991 to have 16+ points, 13+ rebounds, and 100% shooting from the field. He is also the first player in the NBA to have this statline since the 2012-13 season. Williams has been playing extremely well as of late. He talked about how he had some extra motivation tonight, as his family was there to watch him in person. Williams also said that his hip is feeling great, and his passing is improving. Hopefully he can continue to shine in a Celtics uniform.
