Prithvi Shaw added yet another record to his name by becoming the first cricketer to score more than 800 runs in a single edition of Vijay Hazare Trophy the domestic one-day tournament of India. Mumbai captain Shaw achieved the feat in the in final of the tournament against Uttar Pradesh.
विजय हजारे ट्रॉफी टूर्नामेंट के फाइनल मैच में उत्तर प्रदेश ने मुंबई के खिलाफ 50 ओवर में 4 विकेट पर 312 रन का बड़ा स्कोर खड़ा कर दिया। मुंबई को जीत के लिए 313 रन का लक्ष्य मिला और टीम के कप्तान पृथ्वी शॉ ने यशस्वी जयसवाल के साथ मिलकर टीम को तेज शुरुआत भी दिलाई। पृथ्वी शॉ गजब की फॉर्म में नजर आ रहे थे और उन्होंने अपनी पारी के दौरान जमकर शॉट्स लगाए। उत्तर प्रदेश के खिलाफ पृथ्वी शॉ ने फाइनल मैच में 39 गेंदों पर ही तूफानी 73 रन की पारी खेली।
