Child with Down's Syndrome sinks three pointer in final game
  • 3 years ago
Jonathan Jacome, a High Springs Community School student with Down's Syndrome, had his moment to shine in his final game.

High Springs was playing Lincoln Middle School, when Jacome - No. 25 - lined up for his shot. He missed his first attempt but Lincoln's Dylan Strappy tossed him the ball to give him another chance, and Jacome didn't squander it.

Jacome lined up from distance and drained a three to huge applause from the Lincoln crowd.

The good karma paid off, as Lincoln went on to win the district championship.
