'Sania' | Parineeti Chopra unveils trailer
Celebrating International Women’s Day, the maker of the upcoming film 'Saina' dropped the first official trailer of the biopic on ace Indian Badminton player Saina Nehwal starring Parineeti Chopra in the lead role.
Actress Parineeti Chopra sharing the trailer wrote:
“SAINA...This women's day I am proud to bring to you – SAINA! In cinemas 26th March. Watch the trailer now ...”
The film traces the journey of the Saina Nehwal, who with her never-give-up spirit inspired billions across the globe. Her story is inspirational for the youth, especially girls aspiring to become athletes. While many know the triumphs and victories that Saina achieved, most are unaware of what went behind to fulfil those dreams.
The film is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Sujay Jairaj and Rasesh Shah. The biopic, directed by Amole Gupte, also stars Manav Kaul in a pivotal role. The music of the film which is set to release on 26th March is composed by Amaal Mallik.
Apart from the 'Saina', actress Parineeti Chopra also has 'Sandeep aur Pinky Faraar' scheduled for release on 19 March 2021. Directed and produced by Dibakar Banerjee the film also stars Arjun Kapoor in the lead role.
