Gujarat High Court has said during the hearing of a case related to women period that boycott of women should be banned on the basis of menstrual status. The court, primarily looking at the case, said that whether it is private or public, whether religious or educational, there should not be a boycott in the case of a woman's at all places.

गुजरात हाईकोर्ट ने महिलाओं के पीरियड से जुड़े एक मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान कहा है कि मासिक धर्म की स्थिति के आधार पर महिलाओं के बहिष्कार पर प्रतिबंध होना चाहिये. कोर्ट ने प्राथमिक रूप से मामले को देखते हुए कहा कि चाहे वह निजी हो या सार्वजनिक हो चाहे धार्मिक हो या शैक्षणिक, सभी जगहों पर महिला की माहवारी के मामले में बहिष्कार नहीं होना चाहिए.
