India will take on New Zealand in the final of the inaugural World Test Championship in a bio-secure bubble at the Hampshire Bowl in Southampton from June 18-22, the game's governing body ICC said on Wednesday.Initially, the final was supposed to be held at the Lord's but the ICC Board and the ECB decided to change the venue to ensure that the fixture could be staged safely with the potential impact of COVID-19 minimised for all involved.
भारत और न्यूजीलैंड के बीच होने वाले विश्व टेस्ट चैंपियनशिप के फाइनल वेन्यू को लेकर कयासों पर विराम लग गया है। यह मैच साउथैम्प्टन के हैम्पशर रोज बाउल में खेला जाएगा। आईसीसी ने इसका ऐलान बुधवार को किया। इससे पहले पता चला था कि फाइनल मुकाबला ड्यूक्स ब्रांड गेंद से खेला जाएगा। डब्ल्यूटीसी फाइनल मुकाबला लंदन के लॉर्ड्स मैदान पर होना था।भारत ने हाल ही में इंग्लैंड को चार मैचों की सीरीज में 3-1 से हराकर डब्ल्यूटीसी के फाइनल में जगह बनाई थी। न्यूजीलैंड पहले ही इसके लिए क्वॉलिफाइ कर चुका है। दोनों टीमों के बीच 18 से 22 जून तक फाइनल मुकाबला खेला जाना है। इस मैच के लिए 23 जून को रिजर्व डे रखा गया है।
