"We notice the curious but approving looks, especially from women out there who look on with admiration, realising that we can be whatever we want to be," says firefighter Andresa Amante, who is part of a female-only firefighting crew in Brazil's central state of Minas Gerais, as they open their doors to mark International Women's Day.
