Sandra van Rees and her husband Garry had planned a trip of a lifetime to Canada and Alaska last year when they learned it had been cancelled on account of the pandemic. They were offered a 100 per cent credit from APT but said they would prefer a refund because rebooking wasn't a realistic option.
