BJP MLA has said Bihar should adopt the ‘encounter model’ of neighbouring Uttar Pradesh to check incidents of crime in the state. He is not alone in advocating the ‘encounter model’ to control the law-and-order situation in Bihar. Two other BJP MLAs have made a similar demand.
