Vidyut Jammwal announced his next film, Sanak: Hope Under Seige, sharing the teaser poster on Monday. According to the actor's post, the trailer or teaser of Sanak is likely to be released on Republic Day. "SANAKNA zaroori hai, coming tomorrow! Ab Sankegi! #ComingSoon​ #Sanak​ Stay tuned (sic)," he captioned the poster. The poster features a hospital bed with blood stains all over and a gun.

Produced by Vipul Shah, the film is directed by Kanishk Verma. Chandan Roy Sanyal and Neha Dhupia will be seen in pivotal roles in the film. The makers have been tight-lipped about the films characters. Sanak will be an emotional action-thriller film.
