Julau MP Larry Sng said he may not have defected if Pakatan Harapan was successful in implementing equal allocation for all MPs when it was in power.
He said the allocation was vital, especially in the poorer constituencies in the country, for lawmakers to be able to fulfill the needs of the constituents.
