Hong Kong and South Korea launch vaccination campaigns

South Korea and Hong Kong launch their vaccination campaigns against the coronavirus. Hong Kong begins with the Chinese-made Sinovac vaccine, while South Korea rolls out the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine. Other vaccines are set to be available at later dates in both regions.
