Deepdhan has special significance on Magh Purnima. It is said that on this day the moon blossoms with all its arts. Moonlight moonlight directly affects the mind on this day. According to astrology, giving lamp on this day due to the direct relationship between the moon and the mind, relieves mental illnesses. Therefore, if there is any weakness in the mind, then on the full moon day of Magh month, the moon should be given a lamp.

माघ पूर्णिमा के दिन दीपदान का विशेष महत्व होता है। कहा जाता है कि इस दिन चंद्रमा अपनी सभी कलाओं के साथ खिलता है। इस दिन चंद्रमा की चांदनी का सीधा मन पर असर पड़ता है। ज्योतिष के अनुसार, चंद्रमा और मन का सीधा संबंध होने के कारण इस दिन दीपदान करना मानसिक बीमारियों से मुक्ति दिलाता है। इसलिए अगर मन में कोई कमजोरी है तो माघ मास की पूर्णिमा के दिन चंद्रमा को दीपदान करना चाहिए।
