It’s not a stretch to say that the end of a movie is its most important part. It ties up the story that has unfolded and brings it to a conclusion. It goes without saying that a loose end is the best way to kill a good movie. In the superhero movies, the end signifies more than just a conclusion of the story. It’s the moment the studio bosses bring out the prize fight, the championship match, the battle between hero and villain where only one comes out on top. Given the nature of superhero flicks, it’s highly likely that what you’ll witness is an action-packed, special effects-heavy, big-budget spectacle. And don’t we just love those?
