Congress leader and former Andhra Pradesh MP GV Harsha Kumar, on Tuesday, was seen riding a camel from his residence to Rajiv Gandhi Educational Institute in Rajahmundry, as a mark of protest against the rising fuel prices. In the visuals, the Congress leader can be seen riding the animal on the road as other vehicles pass him by. As of Tuesday, petrol is priced at Rs 87.24/ltr in Andhra Pradesh while the rate for diesel is 80.21/ltr.

देश में पेट्रोल और डीज़ल की कीमतें रिकॉर्ड स्तर पर पहुंच गई हैं. इसको लेकर विपक्षी नेता लगातार रचनात्मक तरीके से ईंधन की बढ़ती कीमतों के खिलाफ अपना विरोध दर्ज करा रहे हैं. इसी कड़ी में आंध्र प्रदेश में सोमवार को कांग्रेस नेता और पूर्व सांसद जीवी हर्श कुमार ने ऊंट की सवारी कर महंगे होते तेल का विरोध किया. पूर्व सांसद हर्श कुमार राजामुंद्री में अपने घर से राजीव गांधी एजुकेशनल इंस्टिट्यूट तक ऊंट की सवारी के ज़रिए पहुंचे और ईंधन की कीमतों के खिलाफ अपना विरोध दर्ज कराया.
