The Delhi National Capital Region continues to record extreme air pollution levels with cities like Ghaziabad and Noida experiencing 'severe' Air Quality Index (AQI) values of more than 460. The Delhi High Court came down heavily on the Delhi government and other concerned authorities and has suggested measures to tackle the ongoing problem.
