Sooryavanshi is directed by Rohit Shetty and stars Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif in the lead. Akshay plays ATS officer Veer Sooryavanshi while Katrina Kaif plays his love interest. The film also has the inclusion of Shetty's other on-screen cops namely Ajay Devgn's Singham and Ranveer Singh's Simmba.
