In a shocking incident, Tamil Nadu Forest Minister Dindigul C Sreenivasan called two Tribal boys and asked them to remove his slippers. The incident occurred while the minister was visiting a shrine in the Nilgiris district. The boy has reportedly filed a complaint with the police under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Reports now suggest the minister wants to apologise for the incident.
